The London Original Print Fair 2012

For the 27th LOPF, TS&P was briefed to continue to build the Fair’s profile with a particular emphasis on targeting contemporary print collectors, as well as to retain the appeal for regular Fair goers. A general message was that print collecting is particularly appealing during the current financial climate.

Established in 1985, The London Original Print Fair at the Royal Academy of Arts is the largest event of its kind in Europe. 51 international dealers show original artists’ prints from the fifteenth century engravings and woodcuts of Albrecht Dürer through to 18th century political engravings by Gilray and Hogarth to the most recent work of contemporary printmakers like David Hockney and Damien Hirst.
