The exhibition was only open to the public for two weeks, so it was important to secure substantial preview coverage. This was achieved through:
• organising a preview lunch at Christie’s Auctioneers (King Street, London) during Frieze Art Fair for press, collectors and opinion formers to meet the artists and see a selection of the works;
• offering exclusive angles and interview and photo opportunities to a range of publications;
• circulating the exhibition catalogue to key journalists in advance of opening and ensuring that there was a good selection of images available of the works and the artists.
TSP invited press to an opening party for the show and advised Banners of Persuasion’s US PR on gaining arts press in America in advance of the exhibition travelling to Design Miami Basel, December 08.
